How do I place my customized order?

All orders can be placed directly through our website! After placing your order, you'll receive an order form via email to complete your order customizations. This form MUST be completed in order for us to ensure your design is to your liking.

What is the processing time for custom orders?

Design time for any order is normally turned around within 24-72 business hours.

Print and production can take from 7-14 business days depending on the size of the order and workload.

Please allow more time for processing during holidays. 

How will you ship my order?

All orders are shipped directly to you via UPS or USPS.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Kindly reach out to our customer service team within 15 days post-delivery. Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not accommodate returns or cancellations but are available to assist with any order-related issues. Please get in touch if you encounter any problems. Note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature. In order to exchange an item, buyers bear responsibility for return shipping and the item must be returned in its original condition to avoid any loss in value.
